Product Introduction:

Yeast Hydrolysate MA50 is a fully hydrolyzed yeast product obtained by selecting high-protein Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains, culturing them in sugarcane molasses through pure cultivation and industrial fermentation, and then subjecting the yeast cells to enzymatic hydrolysis using both endogenous enzymes (intracellular autolytic enzymes) and exogenous enzymes. This process fully releases functional components within the cell wall, including nucleic acids, small peptides, and amino acids.

Yeast Hydrolysate MA50 is rich in nucleic acids, small peptides, free amino acids, B-complex vitamins, trace elements, and yeast cell wall polysaccharides. The product contains no carriers, is heat-stable, and can be pelleted. It offers palatability-enhancing, immunomodulatory, and growth-promoting benefits for animals, making it suitable for aquaculture, livestock, poultry, and pet feed.

Results of complete replacement of yeast/starch powder with yeast fermentation product 

(4% inclusion level)

Research has shown that there is no significant difference in piglet growth when 4% yeast hydrolysate completely replaces 4% plasma protein powder (Ying Linlin, Chen Zhongping et al., 2014, 《China Feed》).

Product Precautions: 

The small peptides, amino acids, nucleic acids, and other nutrients in the product are prone to moisture absorption. Once the packaging is opened, the product should be used up in a single session or resealed promptly; otherwise, it may absorb moisture and form lumps. Rapid mixing during production is recommended to prevent caking. Occasional variations in product color do not affect product quality.
